#83 FRIDAY PHOTOWALK: FISH, CHIPS ‘N’ RAIN

Walk with me along the promenade on the south coast of England in Swanage, in the rain, with soggy fish 'n' chips, your emails and our cameras for the Friday Photowalk edition, brought to you with those nice people at Lowa, who have been making the best quality walking and hiking boots for 90 years and this month you can WIN a pair! You make this show what it is with your emails and today there are questions about photographing disaster, travel kit and what is it about Fuji users?

We’ve been touring a few railways with the family and I’ve been disappearing off for an hour or so to spend some time with you too. Of course one of the main benefits of these railways and the disused lines we’ve walked too over the last few months, has been the countryside around them.

And today its no exception, as we’re riding the reopened one hundred plus year old branch line to pass a magnificent castle, Corfe Castle, once a Saxon stronghold, then a Norman fortress, a royal palace and a family home during the ten centuries since the first brick was laid.

This show is supported by our friends at Lowa, who make the best shoes and boots for climbers, mountaineers, hikers and now Friday Photowalkers! You can get 20% off any of the famous LOWA boots by going to lowa.co.uk and entering the discount code PD20. We’re giving away the most popular of their boots to one lucky listener this month, the Renegade which is as tough as they come for dealing with a proper explore anywhere you want. Everyone who emails into the Photowalk edition studio@photographydaily.show – is in the draw to win these boots wherever you are.
